| RRAF, is an Illinois not-for-profit corporation, exempt from taxation as an organization described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. All donations not exchanged for goods or services are tax deductible to the extent allowed by IRS regulations. Our EIN is 36-3185125. We are exempt from sales tax in Illinois. RRAF is licensed by the Illinois Department of Human Service, Bureau of Accreditation, Licensure, and Certification in Community Day Services. We are also monitored by the Illinois Bureau of Quality Management for Medicaid Waiver funding requirements compliance. RRAF has been accredited by CARF, International since 1997. Our current three-year accreditation award goes through December, 2021. RRAF is supported by many community organizations.
