ROGER DAVIS

Board Member since 1994

Roger is married and the father
of four children, one born with
cerebral palsy and severe
developmental delays.   
He is a past Vice President of
Research for Putman Publishing
Company.  He is also a member
and past Grand Knight of the
Knights of Columbus, Council
9893 in Glendale Heights.
SALLY FIELD MULLAN

Board Member since 2013
President since 2015

Sally is married and the mother of an
adult son with autism.
She has over 30 years of volunteer
work advocating for services and
developing educational opportunities
for the intellectually disabled
population.  She was coordinator of
the Vocational Skills Program at the
College of DuPage.  She was also
Professor of Computer Information
Systems for the College of DuPage,
where she created the Game Design
and Game Programming curriculum.
MARILYN FLANAGAN

Board Member since 2014
Executive Director since 1991
Sr. VP; Business/Finance since 2015
Secretary since 2016

Marilyn is a graduate of DePaul
University with a Bachelor of Arts in
Music Therapy.  Marilyn also holds an
M.B.A. in Health Care and Human
Resources from Rosary College, now
Dominican University.  With RRAF
since 1990.   In 2011 she became a
surveyor for CARF, International.
ZACHARY SLAUGHTER

Vice President of Day Service
Programming since 2012

Zachary previously worked for RRAF
from November 2007 through June
2011, ending in the position of
Business and Safety Specialist; DSP
qualified.  He returned to RRAF in
September 2012, accepting a
position of Staff Development.  In
October 2012 he was elected Vice
President of Day Service
Programming.
JESSICA VANDERMEIR

Board Member since 2016

Jessica is employed at
Gerber Collision & Glass as a
Customer Serve Representative.

Jessica has two children,
one with an IEP.

DAVID MULLAN

Treasurer since 2016

David is married and the father of an
adult son with autism.

He specializes in Engineering,
Accounting, Research and
Management service.
LISA GRZYWA

Board Member since 2020

Lisa is married and the parent of two
adult sons with autism.  
A Registered Certified Public
Accountant, she graduated with a
Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from
Rosary College, now Dominican
University.  She worked for KMPG as
an auditor before working for her
current company in the staffing/
employment area as controller since
1992.  She has had roles in the
Autism Society of Illinois and its far
west chapter in the past.  In addition,
she has been involved in various
parent groups through different
organizations (educational, religious,
therapeutic) throughout the years.
