ZACHARY SLAUGHTER, Vice President of Day Service Programming (since 2012)

Zachary previously worked for RRAF from November 2007 through June 2011, ending in the position of Business and Safety
Specialist; DSP qualified.  He returned to RRAF in September 2012, accepting a position of Staff Development.  In October 2012 he
was elected Vice President of Day Service Programming.
ROGER DAVIS, Regular Board Member since 2001 - Current term expires 6/30/13
Parent Elected Board Member (1994 – 2001)

Roger is married and the father of four children, one born with cerebral palsy and severe developmental delays.   From 1994 to
2001 he was the elected parent representative of RRAF.  Roger was elected as a regular board member in 2001.  He is a past
Vice President of Research for Putman Publishing Company.  He is also a member and past Grand Knight of the Knights of
Columbus, Council 9893 in Glendale Heights.
MARILYN FLANAGAN, Executive Director (since 1991) and President (since 2001)
Past Co-President (1991-2001)

Marilyn is married, and is a graduate of DePaul University with a Bachelor of Arts in Music Therapy.  Marilyn also holds an M.B.A. in
Health Care and Human Resources from Rosary College, now Dominican University. An employee of RRAF since 1990, Marilyn
was elected Executive Director in 1991.  In 2011 she became a surveyor for CARF, International.
THOMAS FLANAGAN, Board Member since 2001- Current term expires 06/30/13
Vice President - Government Affairs/General Counsel (since 1998)
Secretary (since 2001)

Tom is married, and has been a licensed attorney for over 30 years, specializing in business, finance and contract law.  This
experience includes over 15 years as senior in-house counsel at a national non-profit corporation working in the areas of
community development and affordable housing.  Tom also holds an M.B.A., and is a former officer in the United States Navy.   
SALLY FIELD MULLAN, Board Member since 2013 - Current term expires 06/30/15

Sally is married and the mother of an adult son with autism.  She has over 30 years of volunteer work advocating for services and
developing educational opportunities for the developmentally disabled population.  She is the coordinator of the Vocational Skills
Program at the College of DuPage, offering twelve courses to teach workplace competencies to special populations.  She is also
Professor of Computer Information Systems for the College of DuPage, where she created the Game Design and Game
Programming curriculum.
